Privacy notice

This explains what we do with the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us: your name, phone number, email (if given), district or village, farm details such as crop, farm size and water source, and your message. If you subscribe, your email address.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, arrange site visits, prepare quotes and, if you subscribed, send farming tips. We do not sell your details.

The chat assistant

If you use the chat assistant, what you type is sent to our AI provider (Google) to write a reply. We do not store the conversation on our website, and it stays in your browser only until you close the tab. Please do not type passwords, bank or mobile-money details. The assistant can make mistakes; we confirm sizing and prices ourselves.

Who can see it

Our staff. Our website is hosted with Vercel, its database with Neon, photos with Cloudinary, and enquiry emails pass through Gmail. These providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the service that follows, then we delete it. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your details, or to stop emailing you : info@greentechagriengineering.site or +265 997 200 0987.
